Along the way in 2015, LET'S GO ,headed by Vandana Pandey ( Bandana ) joined the team and the scope of client service extended to FIT's, OUTBOUND etc.
As the client list grew bigger, so did the desire to expand and thus ROYAL TERN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT(RTHM) was formed in 2020 after the merger of Alvis & Ceres and Let's Go.
The scope of business now covered package tours, special interest groups, besides the core business of Corporate and FIT's.
RTHM with head quarters at Vadodara have associate and partner offices in New Delhi, Kolkata, Ranthambore and Jaipur to name a few.

After having years of experience, Vandana Pandey realised that doing routine stuff in a Corporate set up, though it paid the house bills, was nor her cup of tea. Given her Enthusiasm and commitment to the work, she soon ventured out on her own brand under the name and style of Let'Go.
Utilising the experience gained in her service carrier, Vandana mixed her expertise of client handling with a dose of TC (tender care) which encompassed even making sure that the guest's PET is also looke after at those PET FRIENDLY, vacation destinations.
Let'Go and RTHM formed a formidable association since the care philosophy of both establishments was - Commited to Excell. As the association worked in sync, Vandana decided to take another step and Merged Her Company Let'Go with RTHM.
